| Acting Policies for Operations:
- Recruits must be 16 years or older to be approved by a Sergeant or Lieutenant, but recruits as young as 14 may be approved to join via approval from the acting commanders in a branch.
- Members younger than 14 may be accepted into the organization should they be a family member of an active member if that member agrees to be solely responsible for the underage members behavior.
- Termination of S2K Membership either by removal from the community or by way of a member leaving the organization also forfeits all rights and privileges afforded to members, including forum access.
- When a member has been Banned from the organization, a PM must be sent to the acting Colonel of the division with their Gamertag/ Date Banned/ Who banned them/ Reason for banning. This ensures that the Colonel can get the member onto the Banned players list with the appropriate information.
Recruitment Procedure:
- Ensure Potential Recruit is of appropriate age, and/or get approval for recruits 14 or 15 years old.
- Ensure Potential Recruit is not a member of any other gaming communities or clans.
- Recite Speech to Recruit and welcome them to the Organization.
- Have Recruit change their Clan Tag, Motto, and send message with the forum web address so they can register.
- Notify Commander so that a Mass Welcome Message can be sent out from the Branch Tag.
- Post Recruit on the New Recruit Thread in their prospective branch.
- Make sure recruit is added to Roster as soon as previous steps are completed.
Underage Recruitment Procedure:
- Potential recruits that are 14 or 15 years of age must be approved prior to being delivered the speech.
- Acting commanders must both interview and play with underage potential recruits to ensure they are of a respectable maturity level to fit into the organization.
- If approved by both commanders, underage members must be administered the speech and follow the same recruitment steps as listed in Recruitment Procedure.
Member Transfer Procedure:
- If a member desires a transfer from one branch of S2K to another, the member must personally request the transfer to the respective commanders from each branch.
- Upon agreement by the commanders to allow the transfer, a date for the transfer to take effect shall be set.
- When the effective date takes effect, the member should be removed hence forth from the previous branches roster and moved to the new branches.
- They must be posted on the new recruit thread to document the date that branch transfer became effective.
- A Mass Message should be sent out via the tag of the branch they are transferring to to welcome to that branch.
Clan Policy Change or Addition Procedure:
- Changes or Additions to rules, policies, or procedures must be presented to or by the upper leadership (Commanders and higher).
- Once brought to the attention of the Upper Leadership there will be a 2 week poll posted in which the Upper Leadership must vote 2/3 in favor of the measure for it to pass.
- Any measure that is presented to the Upper Leadership and passes will go into effect at the next available Upper Leadership Meeting.
Branch Split Procedure:
- For any branch that would like to consider a split, the acting Major of the branch must present the idea to the Colonel of the Division.
- In Turn the Colonel will make the decision to approve or disapprove the proposed split.
- How the Split takes place will be at the Colonels discretion if approved.
Promotion Procedure:
- Promotion procedures for the ranks of Lieutenant and lower will be up to the branches discretion so long as it remains a consistent, posted policy and/or procedure.
Promotion of Commander Procedure:
- Must be nominated for the position by their Branch's Major.
- Must go on Commander runs for a minimum of 1 week.
- Commanders Runs entail the nominated Commander-to-be speaking with as many of the active commanders, majors, colonels, and generals as possible to receive insights into the most effective ways to take care of their duties as Commander and keep their members in line and happy.
Promotion to Major Procedure:
- Must be Nominated by the division Colonel.
- Must meet a 2/3 vote in favor from Majors, Colonels, and Generals to obtain rank increase.
Promotion to Colonel Procedure:
- Must be Nominated by an Active General.
- Must meet a 2/3 vote in favor from Colonels and Generals to obtain rank increase.
Promotion to General Procedure:
- Must be nominated by an Active General.
- Must meet a 2/3 vote in favor from Generals to obtain rank increase.
Demotion Procedures:
- Demotion procedures for ranks lower than Commander to the branches discretion so long as it remains a consistent, posted policy and/or procedure.
- Demotion procedures for Upper Leadership (Commander and up) must be done via 2/3 vote of acting upper leadership.
